公共關係管理函授證書課程
    公共關係是公司與顧客溝通的介面，公司的發展，公關
亦扮演重要的角色。若能與客人維持良好的關係，與傳媒建
立融洽和諧的關係及發展公司可信的印象，將大大有助公司
的產品及服務在市場上的推廣。
    課程內容包括：(1) What are public relations？；
(2) Functions and limitations of PR；(3) Their role
and general objectives in modern society；(4) Scope
of activities and responsibilities ，and day-to-day
activities of a PR professional； (5) Financial PR，
Internal PR ， Marketing Communications ； (6) Key
audiences;(7)Integration of corporate communications
within the organization；(8) Selected components of
corporate communications programmes ； (9) Internal
communications； (10) Public Affairs and Government
Relations ； (11) Anticipating and handling serious
situations which have the potential to damage the
business；(12)Communicating and building trust with
the public and the media under adverse circumstances
； (13) Media Relations； (14) Types of Activities;
(15) Building Relationships with the Media ； (16)
Execution of Media Activities (I) - Press Releases；
(17) Execution of Media ； (18) Execution of Media
Activities (II) - Press Conferences；(19) Execution
of Media Activities (III) - Media Interviews。
★課程形式
本課程以函授與導修課方法交替進行：
甲、函授部份
    本課程包括全套自學教材，另有四次習作，學員需按進
度學習，並依時完成習作，習作於堂上交予導師，批閱後會
於下次堂上發還給學員參考。
乙、導修部份
    為協助學員自修及解答學員的問題，課程設有五次導修
課，在香港管理專業協會舉行，上課日期及時間如下：
