課程內容包括：(1) Skill for understanding the main ideas and extracting specific information in English-speaking contexts (including identifying main ideas and specific information and listening in the workplace)；(2) Skills for understanding the entire message in oral communications (including active and empathic listening skills for helping people to express and listening in the workplace)。
